Incompetent Devs, No Balance
Good for just-out-of-college hires, especially if you don't consider yourself very tech-savvy and are looking for an intro-level job.
A lot of developers are completely incompetent. It's hit or miss for having a good management chain. If you are decent at your job, you won't be able to have work/life balance.
They have too many rushed leads/managers without proving that they can actually lead and know the application that they are responsible for.
