Great place to work with some opportunities for improvement to look out for
The people that you work with are great. The company promotes within the company itself instead of hiring people in management positions, which is excellent. I like it here so far, but I wish they were more flexible about WFH and relocation to other places, at least in these recent times, as we have seen more companies doing that.
- Sometimes, they are late to catch on to the latest technologies (Being an insurance company plays a role in that, but we should be the pioneers in that field).
- One WFH day per week so far (If you are in IT Division).
- More R&D opportunities would make us stand out for our customer satisfaction.
