GEICO Interview Experiences
Software Engineer
Pretty simple: an online assessment with 20 questions about various tech, then a Super Day. Geico looks for coding during a screen share and values match. The Super Day is about 5 hours long, so be prepared.

Multiple technical interviews with coding, and it was not too bad to do them. They were all virtual and with a code pad-like system. I could use any language that I wanted, which was also a plus.
