Pros
  • Remote work.
  • Coworkers are generally fine, depending on your team.
Cons

Incompetent management.

No empathy.

Greedy upper management.

All about profit that isn’t shared among the workers that make it possible to create said profits. They claim it’s to enhance overall pay, but that’s a lie.

Coaching plans for well-tenured, historically well-performing employees with no warning and no coaching.

Pay is low compared to market.

Advice to Management

Upper management doesn’t care about the workers, and it’s made clear during every town hall. There’s absolutely no incentive to doing your absolute best aside from keeping a job. This can easily be rectified, but the greedy higher-ups refuse to address employee morale at every opportunity.

Also, how about actually giving constructive feedback during one-on-ones? If there’s a problem with an employee's performance, they shouldn’t be finding out that’s the case at the same time they’re made aware that they’re being placed on a coaching plan. How about some empathy and seeking to understand what the issues are?
