Cons

This company rears more than a struggling football team.

The CEO is a hedge fund kid who has no place in the insurance industry, and it shows by the amount of turmoil that has occurred since he took over.

Working for this company will leave you constantly fearing for your job, which is something that is completely different than it used to be.

The communication is extremely poor, and the elimination of software analysts was beyond shortsighted, as now the software engineers are wasting their time doing these tasks, and have no business doing it.

Advice to Management

Find a path that works and stay on it.

Increase communication from the top down as to what our goals are.

Provide your associates with the feeling of job security through support and mental health initiatives. Read the analyst role in much smaller volumes to each IT team to take care of the analysis work that software engineers are currently wasting their time doing and failing at.
