Process
I applied through Cocubes via University. It took them 5 days to shortlist candidates based on their pre-assessment scores. After that, they called all North Indian candidates to their Gurgaon center for an interview.
There, they initially gave a small presentation about the company, after which the further recruitment sessions began.
- They divided us into groups and conducted a group discussion. They generally judge your communication skills as well as how well you can perform in a group. This is not an elimination round.
- After this, there was a technical round, followed by an HR round.
