Pros: 1. To work with GE is a dream of many aspirants.
2. GE provides learning and a progressive work environment.
3. They provide lucrative facilities to their employees.
4. The higher management is supportive.
Cons: As such, there are no challenges to be faced when a team works with proper management and planning.
Further, GE believes in customer satisfaction and delivery. To achieve these two goals, the team has to work rigorously. No matter what kind of challenge needs to be faced, we will definitely face and overcome that.
