Cons: Worst onshore or transfer policies. Worst facilities, as everything is leased. Getting substandard devices, amenities, or services. Worst in increments and the related 360-degree feedback loop. Worst in role management, as being treated as a title. May be last to try some deviations for building the right software product at the right time in Agile. Investing/Wasting a lot of money in unnecessary activities, which could be used in compensation improvement.
