EEDP/Software Interview Experience - Los Angeles, California

Process

Applied through a resume book for a career fair. A recruiter contacted me via phone a few weeks later and asked if I was interested in interviewing with them.

Interviewed in-person at a career fair and was extended an offer about a month later.

Very little technical questions were asked, so it was more of an HR interview (culture fit, how you respond under pressure, etc.). The interviewer (who was an Edison Engineer herself) gave me time to ask her questions at the end.
