Process
Personality questions, business scenario questions. The trick was that you must use previous experiences to explain the questions. There could not be "I will do this and that." It must be from past experiences. The interview was an hour long and had many questions. The interviewer was very nice and patient with me when I couldn't answer a question at the moment and allowed me to continue the answer at the end of the interview.
