Pros: Very results-oriented. If you are producing, it will be acknowledged and rewarded regardless of your title, experience, or who you know. Using Agile software processes throughout the sector. No more waterfall!
Cons: Since GE is a very large company, it suffers from some of the same things all large companies share.
