Process

I went to GE in West Burlington, Iowa for a full day interview. It started at 10:30 and ended a little after 2:30.

Me and two other interview candidates had a plant tour right away for an hour. We talked a little bit about their process and the new expansions that happened last year and were planned for this year.

Then they had lunch from Jimmy John's catered in and ate with the members that were on the Co-Op and rotational program.

Finally, I had three interviews with the engineers and members from the manufacturing department and ended with a bag of goodies to leave with.
