I applied for the position and, after an hour, received a phone screening invitation with a technical recruiter through their self-scheduling bot.
At the scheduled time (9 am), the recruiter did not show up, nor did I receive any message about their availability.
I sent a follow-up email to the recruiter and haven't received any news yet. It has been a few business days. There was no reason given for their no-show, no reschedule, or decline, even if they had found a better candidate or not.
