Cons: Managers change frequently, and you may not finish what you started working on.

Pros: Steady job. Great training and educational opportunities.
Cons: I've had a generally good experience.
However, despite management's best efforts to keep their valued employees happy, they are not willing to back it up with salary. Promotions are few and far between.
