Cons: It can be political, and you can get lost in a round-to-round discussion as different people work to agree on projects and specifics.

Fantastic benefits package.
Pay is fair for the local market.
Cons: Under the prior CEO, many jobs were outsourced, costing jobs. Today's CEO is bringing jobs back, but not enough of them.
Without a degree, there are no job opportunities except assembly.
