Process

Talked about experiences gained from university relevant to the role. Gave examples of how I would handle certain scenarios. Several technical questions on my knowledge of engineering principles were asked. A current intern was provided to discuss the job role from a personal perspective.

The people I came in contact with were rather friendly and made the interview process easier. Discussing the role with an intern gave a great insight into the job.

The organization of the interview was poor by the company. The initial interviewer was too busy with other problems. The first actual interviewer left halfway through, and I was handed over to another. Then, the final interviewer also left, and I was left with the intern. After the discussion with the intern, there was no opportunity to ask the employer questions.
