- Psychometric, situational judgement tests.
- Pre-recorded interview. There were questions recorded, and my answers were taped for ease of viewing by the hiring party.
- The hiring manager would then be able to selectively view my interview and make decisions accordingly.
Questions
General questions, nothing too technical at this stage. Examples include: 'Why should we hire you?' and 'Who is your hero?'.
There were multiple-choice and video questions, and the interview lasted approximately 30 minutes.

Pros: This location has good benefits available and fun people to work with. The environment can get tense sometimes, but everyone means well.
Cons: The procedures and operating model that are implemented are sometimes half-baked, and the procedures are sometimes unclear and change without notice.

Pros: EEDP was a great place to learn and grow as a young professional.
Rotations let you find what you really like, and classes taught about industry as well as academics.
Cons: Be prepared to have a lot expected of you. No overtime for salary workers.
