Pros: Large and very developed intern program.

Cons: I genuinely liked my experience. I have no cons.

Pros: Building close professional relationships with a goal-oriented team. Gaining knowledge from some of the top engineers in their field. Being part of projects that will affect not only our military but also the private sector. Experiencing the immediate gratification after building various test structures along the way to project completion.

Cons: As of this second, I can't find a downside to working at GE Aerospace. Rattling off multiple reasons why a particular employer isn't or wouldn't be a good place to work is nonproductive and, in most cases, has as much or more to do with an individual employee's ability to adjust to a proven employer's process.

Pros: Lots of potential for overtime.

Cons: Terrible union. No training after I was told trading would be provided.
