Extremely low pay, especially if you are a foreigner. I got the job and rejected the offer due to the low salary. The HR lady offered me around 23% below market value, and of course, I rejected it. She was thinking that because I was a foreigner, I could be paid less, and no one else would offer me more. I told them "f*** off" and I got another job with 25% more. She was extremely cold and looked at me as an inferior human. The process was too much, and the line manager, who was traveling, demanded a four-interview stage. Really bad, and I am glad I didn't choose it.
Software questions were ok, reasonable, not too easy, not too difficult.
