Process
It was pretty easy compared to other interviews I faced at that time (March 2012). Questions were more about RTOS concepts and C++.
First round was telephonic, and after 2/3 weeks, I got a call for a site interview at JFWTC. It was on a weekday, and by evening, I had cleared all rounds and was not shared the final outcome.
After 2/3 weeks, I got a call for negotiations and then the official offer letter was released. By that time, I had already put in my papers at my previous employer.
