I was then invited to complete their online Talent Simulation Tests. This included questions like "what would you do if," and you then ranked each answer.
After that, I was invited to complete a video interview. This wasn't live, so you were just recording your answer. You had 30 seconds or so to think of your answer, so make sure you've prepared!

I was then selected to be interviewed, which took around 90 minutes. The same day, I was contacted with a verbal offer!
