I applied online. I got my online assessment link within 2 days, followed by a video interview link. My face-to-face interview was scheduled after 2 months.
During my final interview, we talked a lot about current projects, hobbies & interests, what I know about GE, and my team working experiences. My interviewer always made sure I was comfortable and not nervous. It felt a lot like a conversation rather than a formal interview, which helped me to be less nervous and comfortable in answering questions and speaking out my opinions. Mostly all the questions were focused on finding out more about me and my working environment.
