Process

It took a long time to shortlist. They asked about constructors in Java, what smoke and sanity testing are, continuous integration, and sprints. They asked basic questions only. Later, they told me my experience doesn't meet the job requirement. They took a long time in shortlisting my resume; if it doesn't match their requirement, they should call. I felt very bad.
