GE is a stable, strong company to work for, with jobs all over the world.
GE provides good health and retirement benefits.
GE has competent management.
If you are not in management, you get no bonuses, profit sharing, stock purchase plan, or any other perks. Non-management workers work for a paycheck and a pension.
Adopt a profit-sharing plan and share the perks with the rank-and-file employees. The only way I see to get ahead at GE is to go into management.
Consisted of HireVues, which then led to an Arctic Shores, eventually a final interview. This was a really easy process, but make sure you are a British national before applying.
Good, but long. Flew in for a few interviews, did most of the others remotely or over the phone. Nice staff, fairly transparent on what benefits are. Would recommend; good area.
Attended the first round. Helpful interviewer and always supportive. Selected for the second round. It was a C++ Staff Software Engineer role. It was a technical interview asking different questions on modern C++ such as 17, 20, 23, etc.
