Big company environment, lots of other college interns, great work environment and location, and lots of opportunities to network.
You don’t know what department you’re working for until you get there.
Let engineering interns know what they are going to do before they get there.
Good, but long. Flew in for a few interviews, did most of the others remotely or over the phone. Nice staff, fairly transparent on what benefits are. Would recommend; good area.
Talked with hiring managers, and they wanted more security+ experience rather than QA automation. Also, they were willing to allow time to get a security clearance. Nice people. Had an interview over Teams with two people, and it was very nice.
Multiple interview sessions, ranging from behavioral to technical questions. Each interview session had a different interviewer. There was also a 5-minute presentation and a group exercise at the end.
