Great work-life balance: permissive vacation time, generous parental leave, and not much travel. Also, the people I work with are some of the best, smartest people I know.
Management can be clueless. The culture has been rough the past few years with layoffs and reductions in force. HR controls a lot of the decisions, with little line of sight to what’s actually happening. And there are too many buzzwords.
