Immediate leadership is very proactive and helpful. Colleagues are knowledgeable and willing to share experience and knowledge. Installations are fantastic, and there is a reasonable amount of effort by the company to offer training and know-how acquisition opportunities.
Bureaucracy and lack of decision power outside of headquarters (even though this is slowly changing).
Relatively limited career progress, both in position and financial aspects.
