Pros

Free Master's degree from Georgia Tech (Top 10 Engineering Grad School).

Takes approximately 2.5 years to finish (one extra year than traditional grad school).

So, for one extra year, you also get 2+ years of work experience, 2+ years of salary/401(k) match, travel the country, and build a great resume.

Cons

A Master's degree doesn't earn you a salary bump with the company. The two raises received while "on-program" will bring you to the same level you'd have been at just by getting your Master's degree.

Advice to Management

Current program structuring has too many requirements.
