Work is challenging sometimes. I get a ton of projects right away because there aren't enough hires right now, as the company is going through turmoil.
I'm not sure how the restructuring of the company will finish after the turmoil is over.
Treat your engineers with respect, don't micromanage, and adopt more of a tech environment.
