A big name company looks good on a resume.
100 layers of management, and as you move up the layers, each layer gets more incompetent.
Crappy pay, ridiculous emphasis on Six Sigma, which the proof is right there that it is useless.
Fire yourselves
Overall, it was a good interview experience. First, it was a phone interview, going through the resume with some typical behavioral questions. The second interview was at GE. The first hour was with the position manager, and the second hour was with
list of 10-15 behavioral questions
Good, but long. Flew in for a few interviews, did most of the others remotely or over the phone. Nice staff, fairly transparent on what benefits are. Would recommend; good area.
