Good hourly rate for contractors (make sure to talk them up).
Every design, organizational, collaboration, PLM, and/or control tool is either horrendously outdated or, more often than not, just does not work. The place is a bureaucratic nightmare. It's extremely frustrating when you can't do your job constantly due to company resources failing and never working. There's far too much tribal knowledge, and designers/engineers blatantly disagree with the few controlled processes that do exist.
I'm not going to even bother.
