The company members were looking for people with high technical and team skills to work as the Einstein Undergraduate Trainee. The position involved three years of training and two rounds of tests.

There were initially three phone interviews. I was then requested to fly down for a face-to-face interview with multiple people. The interviews lasted all day long.
