A great place to learn and grow
It is the most admired company in the world. It also fits in well with my lifestyle because I can work hard and independently when I want to. Besides the competitive salary, GE has good benefits.
You can get lost in the crowd since it is such a big company. I don't know how far up the ladder someone can go as of yet. Some of the downsides may be the higher-ups do not have enough time to talk to people for long. This may cause miscommunication and lost time in the long run.
I would suggest the company, in general, think long-term instead of short-term quarterly profits.
