Good pay and benefits, but employees are treated as numbers

Pros

Good Pay Rate and Benefits

Cons

People are treated as numbers, with no respect or care for their professional advancement.

Advice to Management

Care about people, not just the numbers. The ongoing practice to identify and eventually get rid of 10% of employees as "underperformers" or "less effective ones" is horrible. It is absolutely unfair and is not based on actual people's professional skills or individual talents.
