Phone interview followed by a virtual video interview. This was the first time I experienced this type of interviewing. Given a choice, I would do it again, as long as I knew enough about the place a priori.

Good, but long. Flew in for a few interviews, did most of the others remotely or over the phone. Nice staff, fairly transparent on what benefits are. Would recommend; good area.
