Pros

Good work culture, work-life balance, and benefits.

Cons

During the demerger process with Baker Hughes, the entire subsea department was asked to put down papers and was threatened that if they did not do so, they would be terminated, which looks bad on background checks. Despite being a huge ecosystem, they were not able to place laid-off engineers. It's just sad that the employees were just pawns.

Advice to Management

Very poor planning. While upper management got huge severance pay up to 1 crore, young engineers who were hired 6 months ago had to be content with peanuts. They were merely fooled by the company. Please don't play with the lives of engineers.
