Pros

There are some smart and intelligent people you will want to work with and learn from. You may get good learning opportunities depending on your direct management.

Cons

Engineers and other technical staff are treated like slaves. In some business units, leadership has no clue what they are doing. They put employees under pressure to achieve their goals.

Advice to Management

If you don't understand the product or can't make and implement a business model, then leave, but don't make others pay for your incapability.
