Large company with very smart people. Almost unlimited access to training, with the option to work remotely occasionally. Opportunities were everywhere for advancement.
There was no work-life balance without further compensation (salary only, with no bonus, overtime, etc.). Pay was not competitive for the responsibility. Employees who could not carry their own weight dragged down other members of the team.
