As a corporation, GE treats its employees very well.
Benefits are good.
Training is kind of bogus. Very corporate, not that useful.
They really want their employees to succeed and support that where they can; however, it's manager by manager, as it is in all places.
People seem very happy here. On occasions, people work evenings and weekends, but there is generally good work-life balance.
There are not a lot of different positions at the center. It's mostly engineers and UX people.
The center could be more organized. People are moved around from project to project without being asked on a frequent basis.
Good, but long. Flew in for a few interviews, did most of the others remotely or over the phone. Nice staff, fairly transparent on what benefits are. Would recommend; good area.
What brings you to our company? Tell me about yourself. The first round is the screening round. I did not get to the second round, so I cannot provide further details.
Video one-way interview with timed response and multiple takes. There is also time to think of an answer. To get to this stage, you first need to pass a test.
