Stafford site hires and fires very quickly. He doesn't listen to employees; he just wants nodding dogs. There are incompetent people steering the company who prefer to blame instead of looking at the root cause of failures. There are many failures: equipment, procedures, and people.
Listen to competent personnel. Happy staff will increase productivity and make your customers happy. Stop blaming and firing; it's not helping your company.
