Pros

The latest technology has been implemented on the shop floor in recent years, which is something that never happened before.

Cons

Salary below market rate. Useless HR never compares job market salaries.

In addition, full-time employees with high qualifications, such as PhD or Master's level with more than 10 years of working experience, end up at the same rank as junior-level or graduate engineers.

Not a good place to work if you are looking for an excellent salary.

A lot of useless senior managers around without proper qualifications. They never do their work properly and don't know anything about products. They waste a lot of time discussing "football" or enjoying outside "smoking."

They treat other engineers as second-class citizens compared to R&D Engineers.

Advice to Management

HR should review the latest market salary for all job functions as well as ranks.

Senior management, please listen more to your employees.
