Some of your accomplishments never really make it up the ladder because of how large the company is. Also, as an intern, going overseas is very difficult. In a large company, a lot of "bad management" can slip by without any of the executives noticing.

Engineering Co-Op
The interview process went very smoothly. I was asked some basic questions at first and introduced myself. I was then asked some situational type questions. The interview was around an hour long.

A human resource hiring manager conducted the interview. It was a 30-minute video conference. I was asked multiple behavioral questions. They asked the typical ones and a few unusual ones. No technical questions were asked.
