It was a quite organized and smooth process. They had lined us up after our aptitude selection and called us one by one for the interview process, which was technical.

On-site assessment centre organized in Wunstorf, conducted together with five other candidates. Situational tasks were given where teamwork and analytical thinking were checked and observed. Overall, a good assessment experience.
