General Electric Interview Experiences
Engines Engineering Intern
First, a simple Hirevue. No retakes, very behavioral focused. There was a large emphasis on your past experiences, being a leader, and how you have grown from them. The Hirevue consisted of 7 questions. They never got back to me.
Regional Quality Leader
Relaxed interview with 4 individuals. Good conversations based on my experience and the roles of the positions. The interview did not include a factory tour. All interviewers were friendly and described the workplace environment in a positive mann
