Work schedule flexibility. Lower-level meetings seem to be more understanding of employees' needs than upper-level meetings.
Pay, benefits, and executive level meetings just don't get it.
The upper level mtg team only seems to care about profit and tighter schedules. The employee always suffers when these things are put first.
