Pros
  • Relaxing working environment.
  • Close to many restaurants, which makes Friday lunch outings very convenient.
  • Great office environment.
Cons
  • Poor management and lack of communication with the employees who work for them.
  • Often left with work that you are overqualified for.
  • Management is not very good at creating realistic timelines and often leaves everything to the last minute.
  • No room for growth.
  • Lame 2% raise each year, regardless of whether you work hard or not.
  • For a company this big, you still have to pay for coffee.
Advice to Management
  • More communication with employees that completes your task would be a great first step.
  • Active meetings to keep project objectives on track.
  • Active push to create solutions to address quality issues and stop pushing the issue onto employees.
