Pros

Great opportunities for advancement within the company. A lot of areas for leadership development were presented to me as well. All in all, a good summer.

Cons

Kind of a dog-eat-dog atmosphere, very competitive. People really didn't seem to care about you at all, and most of the time you really felt like you were completely on your own.

Advice to Management

Make sure to keep bringing a personalized approach to your leadership training. The corporation and Erie plant are so big that it is really hard to feel like you belong sometimes.
