The Co. is very diversified and spread across various nations of the world. There is a lot to learn here.
It is very important that you get the right leader to work under, who can appropriately guide and help you, and give you good work which helps you develop. I haven't been lucky enough to have a good mentor. Also, I am not the only one; other interns look unhappy and dissatisfied too.
Managers under whom interns are assigned should be given special training on how to handle interns to achieve maximum benefit for them and the company, consequently. Managers should be able to ensure that interns are not unhappy or dissatisfied, that proper guidance is provided, and that they are not burdened with work beyond their limit.
This should be monitored from time to time to keep a check.

Senior QA Automation Engineer
One day process: one telephonic screening, one technical, and one managerial. No response after the interview. The recruiter was not at all interested in taking the interview, yawning, etc., on the conference call. Waste of time.
