Splitting into 3 companies so a lot of the work is being handed to contractors. We are expected to apply to the new companies, but there aren’t enough jobs being posted for us.
Also, the split work is boring because there’s no real innovation and all is just change freeze for now. After the split, all 3 companies would probably be great to work for.
