Pros

Good campus and excellent facilities.

GE as a whole is good.

Lot of opportunities to learn and grow by ourselves.

Cons

Managers and leaders are not from the same product domain, due to their lack of knowledge. This creates a place for people who are pretentious and boastful.

There is a lot of attrition, specifically due to a few bad managers.

A huge vacuum is found in teamwork, and many try to dominate others, resulting in process/system failure.

Managers are least bothered about their employees, and they play a selfish role for their own growth and for sustaining themselves in that position.

Advice to Management

Please conduct a proper assessment of the employees' contributions and knowledge.

There are many silent contributors who go unnoticed. Managers who fail to recognize these individuals should be educated and trained. If the failure continues, they should be fired.
